Begin Your Supervision Journey
Clinical supervision is more than fulfilling a requirement—it’s a space to grow, reflect, and build confidence in your therapeutic work. At our clinic, we see supervision as a true partnership, where your professional development is supported with intention and care.
Our supervisors are here to help you sharpen your clinical skills, strengthen your ethical judgment, and navigate the emotional demands of the work. Whether you’re just starting out or pursuing advanced credentials, we provide guidance tailored to your needs and goals.
We’re committed to helping you become not just a qualified therapist—but one who works with clarity, integrity, and lasting impact.
The Value of Long-Term Supervision
-
Deep Trust and Psychological Safety
Meaningful supervision requires vulnerability. Over time, consistent group membership creates a safe container where you can bring your most challenging cases, clinical uncertainties, and professional struggles without fear of judgment.
-
Richer, More Meaningful Case Discussions
As your supervisor and peers come to know your therapeutic style, strengths, and areas for growth, feedback becomes increasingly nuanced and tailored to your development. Long-term relationships enable deeper exploration of clinical patterns and themes in your work.
-
Witnessing Your Own Growth
A year-long commitment allows you to track your progress over time. You’ll see how cases that once felt overwhelming become manageable, how your clinical reasoning deepens, and how your confidence as a therapist evolves.
-
Professional Community and Support Network
Your supervision group becomes more than just a requirement—it becomes a professional home. These relationships often extend beyond the formal supervision year, providing ongoing collegial support throughout your career.
Working Toward CRPO Registration

Meeting the Highest Professional Standards
Our supervisors are recognized leaders in the field, meeting rigorous CRPO standards for approved clinical supervision and holding active membership with the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy (CACFT). This dual credential ensures your guidance comes from professionals with both advanced clinical knowledge and practical expertise in working with complex client situations. All supervision is current, evidence-based, and grounded in the highest ethical principles.
-

-
To move from Qualifying to Registered Psychotherapist status, you need:
○ 100 total clinical supervision hours
○ Minimum 50 hours must be individual or dyadic supervision (at least 50%)
○ Maximum 50 hours can be group supervision (remaining 50%)
○ Ongoing clinical supervision is required while in the Qualifying category, even after completing the 100-hour requirement
○ Recommended frequency: Approximately one hour of clinical supervision per week for relatively new practitioners
**All packages are designed to help you meet these requirements while supporting your professional growth and development.
**Important: Group supervision is limited to eight or fewer supervisees (CRPO policy effective April 1, 2022). All of our group supervision sessions meet this requirement, with Foundation groups having a maximum of 6 participants and Specialist and PACT Specialist groups having smaller, more intimate group sizes.
A Reflective Space to Strengthen Your Voice
Therapy is deeply relational work, and effective practice depends not just on technique, but on who you are in the room. Our supervision process supports you in becoming more attuned to your internal responses—your emotional reactions, assumptions, and vulnerabilities—so you can bring more awareness and authenticity into your clinical presence.
We create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can reflect on your experiences, process uncertainty, and explore your unique approach to the work. Over time, this reflective practice helps you develop a clearer sense of your clinical identity and a stronger, more grounded therapeutic voice. It’s a space where growth happens not just professionally, but personally—allowing you to work with greater confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.
Ethical Foundations, Real-World Application
Supervision that helps you navigate complex cases with clarity and confidence.
In clinical work, ethical questions often arise in nuanced, emotionally charged situations where there isn’t always a clear right answer. That’s why our supervision doesn’t stop at reviewing codes of conduct—it goes deeper into the day-to-day realities of therapeutic decision-making. Together, we explore how to uphold professional integrity while also honoring the humanity of your clients. Whether you're facing challenges around confidentiality, dual relationships, scope of practice, or informed consent, our supervisors help you think critically and act responsibly. Through this process, you'll develop a strong ethical foundation and the confidence to handle complex cases with both thoughtfulness and assurance.
