Rachael Irwin

As a psychotherapy intern, I will be working with my supervisor, Susan Robbins, RP, RFMT-S, to help support you in achieving your therapeutic goals. I am pleased to offer reduced and sliding scale fee options to make your therapy journey more accessible and affordable.

Perhaps for the first time, you are considering beginning your therapeutic journey or perhaps you are wishing to continue your therapeutic journey. Maybe you are struggling with relationship issues, whether they be romantic relationships, friendships, family relationships, etc., and maybe you are dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or low self-esteem. Maybe you are looking for a grounding and supportive space to confront past hurts to understand how they have impacted your sense of self or your relationships. My hope is that you find the therapeutic space we create together one that is safe, empathetic, open, supportive, and non-judgmental, in which you feel comfortable exploring, learning about yourself, and fostering healthier relationships.

I approach psychotherapy from a psychodynamic perspective but may draw from other modalities that align with your unique needs. I appreciate your strength in beginning, or continuing, your therapeutic journey. I believe we are constantly learning and evolving, and I look forward to supporting you in navigating this transformation.
