HST/GST Update
Effective June 20, 2024, psychotherapy services are HST and GST exempt. After many years of lobbying and advocating for the removal of taxes to our services, we are thrilled that bill C-59, the government’s Fall Economic Statement, recognized the significance of making psychotherapy tax-free.
Prior to the passing of this legislation, psychotherapy professionals were the only regulated mental health care provider in Canada that had to apply taxes to their fees. This alleviates a financial burden for both clients and practitioners.
As a result, we have more flexibility to offer rates that make our services more accessible, especially to those who are in more vulnerable circumstances.

We have locations in Ottawa and Orleans. Our Ottawa clinic is located in the Nepean Medical Centre, at 1 Centrepointe Drive with easy access from Highway 417. Paid parking is available in a secure, on-site lot. On-street parking at city meters is available on Gemini Way. Free on-street parking is available on side streets off of Centrepointe Drive.
Our Orleans Clinic is located in the Centrum Plaza at 210 Centrum Boulevard. The plaza is situated directly across from Place D’Orleans, just off Highway 174. Centrum Plaza offers free parking.
